Termination

- You may cancel your subscription using the cancel button on the ‘My Account’ page.
- You understand that when cancelling a Monthly subscription, no monies shall be refunded. Your subscription will terminate at the end of the prescribed monthly period.
- You understand when cancelling an Annual subscription outside of 30 days from date of initial sign up, you will not be entitled to any refund
- You understand when cancelling an Annual subscription within 30 days of initial sign up you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund based on number of days subscribed less 30 days.
All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Digivangelism LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
